Firstly, I would like to congratulate all swimmers in participating in the inter-collage swim meet. All of you were extremely awesome and good job to all those who had hit their pb!

Secondly, Nationals are approaching in less than 5 days. I'm aware that all of you are rather stress out with both nationals( wanting to have a new pb) and SA1. Do not be too over worried and stress yourself. All of you have went through sufficient training especially during the training camp from the 17 to 19 march 2010. Just stay calm and think positive. If any of you need help or anything, feel free to sms or call me(: GO SJC SWIM TEAM! I KNOW YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING BETTER SO MAKE A SPLASH! I LOVE YOU ALL!

Today went for training at hougang. We did 100m sets while some of us did time trial. For the 100m sets,we had to use our main stroke. The time trial was so tiring... Ms Wong said that our goal now is that everyone must at least get into the finals for nationals! But it must be individually and not the relay team. So all of us must work hard1 :)

I do not know what else to write...

Dont forget their is training next week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
